2015 Report to the Community
This Report to the Community highlights some of the important work we're doing to improve the health of the patients and members we serve in Socorro and Catron counties. Although it is a snapshot of our 2015 work, it also serves as a roadmap of the innovations and investments we are making now that will have long-lasting impact for our community.

Below are some of our accomplishments and contributions to our community in 2015:
- Provided more than $7.4 million in community benefit (including financial assistance).
- Successfully recruited four new providers, expanding access to healthcare for our community.
- Offered monthly Child Safety Seat classes, Circle of Security Parenting classes, Maze of Life for Socorro, Alamo, and Magdalena students
- Supported community health initiatives, including Run for Your Life, Relay for Life, Socorro Community Arts Programs, Alamo Health
Fair, Socorro Family Fun Fest, and the Veguita Community Arts Party.
